ตำแหน่งงาน

Job Summary:-

Responsible for system development related to project planning, application specification, design and implementation for the firm’s IT and systems.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Gather and conduct analysis on user requirements.
  • Deal with users to design/adjust workflow based on user requirements.
  • Code, install, review, test and debug programs in some parts of project, including database programming.
  • Develop new solutions and update the latest technologies and trends.
  • Operate under minimal supervision and provide work direction for junior staff.
  • Good interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mind, problem-solving skills, consistency and able to work well under pressure.

Qualifications:-

  • Thai national
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, AIS, MIS or related fields.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in programming using C#, ASP.Net, VB.NET, VB, Crystal Report, XML.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies and frameworks (e.g. HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript).
  • Experience with RDBMS and have some experience with Microsoft SQL.

Description:

  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Manage network servers and technology tools.
  • Set up accounts and workstations.
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages.
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
  • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
  • Support any request from manager.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in System Admin.
  • Knowledge of computer technology; of programming languages; and of coding processes and security measures.
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
  • Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
  • Fast and efficient worker, able to work under pressure.

Job description

  • Manage assigned projects i.e. new/ integrated
  • Manage SDLC from gather user requirements, designing, coding, UAT, project launch
  • Coding program base on business requirements.    
  • Create programing document.
  • Coordinate with vendors and related department.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields.
  • Initiative, self-supervised, self-motivated and highly responsible.
  • Conceptual knowledge in Object-Oriented.
  • Good communication skill both Thai and English
  • At least 2 years experienced in Web development with SAP integration experience
  • Proven coding experience in C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET.
  • Experience in CodeIgniter, PHP Frame Work, Java Script, HTML5, CSS, OOP, XML, AJAX
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database.
  • Logical and analytical problem solving is a must.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Call Center would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills over the phone/Email and be fluent in English and Thai.
  • Have an IT knowledge (Connect Wi-Fi router, Install Printer’s Driver) would be an advantage.
  • Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated Skill and Time & Priority Management.
  • Effective Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills.
  • Thai Nationality only.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide product and service information to customer.
  • To advise customer over the phone/Email in term of technical.
  • Translate/Check document (Manual) from Thai<->English
  • To handle customer’s complaint.
  • To do a process of customer satisfaction survey.
